  2. if needed you can send by email to servicedesk@radix.nl

You will automatically receive a ticket response email for further communication

Create a RADIX Support Portal shortcut

You can save the RADIX Support Portal login page as favorite in your web browser for next time.

With this instruction you can also create a shortcut on your desktop and possibly pin it to your taskbar.

Use the RADIX Support Portal whenever possible (instead of calling)

In order to help you properly and quickly at all times, please submit your requests via the RADIX Support Portal whenever possible. The portal contains forms to help you give us as much information as possible. Therefore, be as detailed as possible.
The more we already know about your problem or question the faster we can help.

For sysadmin requests (think: onboarding, offboarding, configuration changes etc), the RADIX Support Portal is also the only way to handle your requests. Otherwise, there is simply too much information missing.

After submitting, you will also receive an email confirmation immediately. If you have anything to add later, you can easily reply to that confirmation via email. As long as the ticket number is in the subject, it always ends up right.

Do you have a screen message or error message. It helps us greatly if you take a screenshot or photo of it. Send it with your report or send it later as a reply to the confirmation.
